Sommaire des responsabilités :

Le Chef de projet, gestion des données, sera responsable de la gestion des équipes de données, des études et des programmes d'études. Il devra notamment fournir des estimations de planification pour la portée des projets, un échéancier et les besoins en ressources, afin de s'assurer que les programmes sont correctement budgétisés, estimés et planifiés. Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec d'autres services pour s'assurer que toutes les données recueillies au cours des essais sont gérées et conformes aux directives réglementaires.

  • Superviser les activités quotidiennes et la gestion des tâches de l'équipe de projet pour s'assurer que les objectifs concernant la qualité, le budget et les échéances de chaque projet sont atteints et maintenus
  • Diriger et motiver les équipes en fonction des objectifs organisationnels
  • Planifier, mettre en œuvre et livrer les projets conformément au contrat conclu avec le commanditaire
  • Préparer et gérer le budget global du projet tout au long du cycle de vie de celui-ci, en assumant la responsabilité globale du contrôle des coûts, des échéances et de la qualité du projet
  • Généralement responsable de la gestion de plusieurs études exécutées simultanément
  • Livrer le projet selon des exigences de qualité, d'échéancier et de budget
  • Négocier avec les clients et/ou les clients externes/départements les échéanciers et les principaux livrables
  • Rechercher et recommander de nouveaux processus de gestion de données qui répondent aux besoins des clients et aux objectifs commerciaux clés

Exigences :

  • Plus de six ans d'expérience en gestion de données cliniques, y compris une expérience dans la préparation et la gestion de budgets de projet (de préférence dans une organisation de recherche clinique ou une société pharmaceutique)
  • Plus de trois ans d'expérience dans la direction d'études où vous avez assumé des responsabilités essentielles relatives aux activités de démarrage et de clôture d'études
  • Expérience avec au moins l'un des systèmes de gestion des données cliniques (SGDC) préférés d'ICON (p. ex., Rave, Inform, Oracle Clinical, OCRDC, UX EDC)
  • Très bonnes connaissances en informatique, y compris de solides compétences dans l'utilisation de Microsoft Office
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles
  • Solides compétences en gestion de la relation client
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de planification ainsi qu'une aptitude démontrée pour la gestion de projet

Overview of the role:

The Project Manager, Data Management will be responsible for the management of data teams, studies, and programmes of studies. This will include providing planning estimates for project scope, schedule and resource requirements ensuring programs are properly budgeted, estimated and scheduled. This person will work closely with other departments to ensure all data collected during trials is managed and meets regulatory guidelines.

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities and task management of the project team to ensure that a focus on quality, budget, and timelines on each project is reached and maintained
  • Lead and motivate a team according to organizational goals
  • Plan, implement, and deliver the project in accordance with the contract agreed with the sponsor
  • Prepare and manage the overall project budget throughout the life cycle of the project, taking overall responsibility for cost control, timelines, and project quality
  • Typically responsible for handling multiple studies running concurrently
  • Deliver project to quality, timeline, and budget requirements
  • Negotiate with clients and/or external customers/departments in relations to timelines and key deliverables
  • Research and recommend new data management processes, which address customer needs and key business objectives

To be successful you will need:

  • 6+ years of clinical data management experience, including experience preparing and managing project budgets (preferably in a Clinical Research Organization or pharmaceutical company)
  • 3+ years of experience leading studies with key responsibilities for study set-up and close-out tasks
  • Experience with at least one of ICON's preferred CDMS (e.g. Rave, Inform, Oracle Clinical, OCRDC, UX EDC)
  • Highly computer literate, including strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills as well as a demonstrated aptitude for project management
