We are currently seeking a Research Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Research Associate at ICON, you will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and execution of clinical trials and research projects. You will contribute to the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, helping advance new treatments and therapies through high-quality research.

Title: Research Associate

Location: On-Site San Antonio TX

Job Type: PRN/As Needed

• M-F (shifts will begin at 5:30 AM and last for 4-7 hours).

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordinating and supporting the day-to-day activities of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols and timelines.
• Assisting in the collection, management, and analysis of research data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Conducting literature reviews and supporting the development of study designs and protocols.
• Maintaining accurate research records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful study execution and reporting of research findings.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, public health, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 1+ year customer service experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in managing and interpreting research data.
• Proficiency with research software, data analysis tools, and regulatory documentation systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
