Salesforce Administrator

Job Responsibilites

• Support and create new solutions to drive business processes in Salesforce that are secure and scalable. Including: Workflow Rules and Process Builder, Validation Rules, custom fields, page layouts, custom objects handle all basic administrative functions
• Use & create custom report types, reporting snapshots, complex charting, custom summary formulas, bucketing, joined reports, and cross-filters to build reports and Dashboards
• Serve as an escalation point for the Sales as well as other teams using Sales and Services Cloud
• Detail-oriented and process-minded with ability to understand rich technical solutions. Proficient at requirements gathering, design, proof-of-concept demonstrations, implementation.
• Excellent communication skills needed with experience in training Salesforce Administrators and/or end users is preferred
• .​Collaborate with our counterparts in Marketing Operations, IT's Business Systems on cross functional projects & system integrations

Experience

• 3-5 years Salesforce Administration experience - Strong experience of working with Apex and Lightning
• In-depth Einstein Analytics experience
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certified is preferred but willing to consider Salesforce Administrator (ADM201 Cert) if ability to demonstrate proficiency through experience.
• Marketing Cloud Administrator, Platform App Builder nice to have but not essential.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
• Demonstrated success in implementing at least two full life cycle SFDC implementations

Desirable

• degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Certification: Salesforce.com Platform Developer.
• Understanding of key SFDC architecture concepts and how they influence design.
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
