Senior Clinical System Designer

The Role:

•Uses technical, industrial, and interpersonal skills to interpret clinical protocols and customer requirements in order to create clinical data management system (CDMS) designs and non-CDMS component specifications (including electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs), dynamic eCRF functionality and eCRF edit checks) to meet the needs of the customer and the clinical trial.

• Responsible for optimal design decisions and the utilization of ICON/client specific standards.

• May lead a team of subject matter experts and supervise individuals with assistance from functional management.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
Previous experience in a similar position.

• Problem Solving: Analyze and investigate complex, related problems to identify and define solutions.
• Proactive Thinking: Anticipate future issues and challenges. Leadership: Lead the designed aspects of system and process improvements within the SME role.
• Strategic Impact: Guide teams to achieve medium-term operational and strategic goals.
• Communication: Strong written, oral, and presentation skills; excellent cross-team communication.
• Client Management: Strong client relationship management skills with the potential for further development.
