Senior CRA

As a Senior CRA you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.  In this role, you will manage clinical trial sites at every stage of the clinical trial process to a high quality in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, relevant legislation and ICH GCP requirements 

Your responsibilities include;

• You will be the primary point of contact at site, acting as an ambassador for the company 
• Responsible for site selection and overall site management, including site monitoring and remote monitoring as applicable.
• Ensure that trial site staff are properly trained to conduct the trials
• Managing trial sites to meet patient recruitment and retention target, aimed at successful completion of the
  clinical programme.
• Manage queries and timely flagging of any issues and coordinating issue resolutions
• Perform local administrative tasks as agreed with the Line Manager.
• Ensure site preparation for audits and inspections, ensuring all input to action plans as well as
  related follow-up activities.
• Perform co-monitoring within country, as agreed with Line Manager.
• Proactively drive the clinical trial activities in the country and deliver results that have a direct impact on the
  successful completion of the clinical programme.
  
  

You will need:

• Bachelor's Degree level, life science or nursing qualification or equivalent (desirable)
• Basic GCP qualification
• Previous experience of monitoring trials in accordance with ICH GCP methodology
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology
• Knowledge of the clinical trials environment – ICH GCP, regulatory issues, SOPs
• Knowledge of drug development process
• Good working knowledge of electronic clinical trials systems – IMPACT, EDC, IWRS, electronic TMF
• Computer literacy and IT skills
