We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Tax to join our diverse and dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing tax strategies and compliance, contributing to the financial operations that support the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies through clinical research.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize financial performance and compliance.
• Managing all aspects of tax planning, including domestic and international tax obligations.
• Collaborating with finance and legal teams to ensure tax implications are considered in business decisions.
• Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations, advising on their impact on the organization.
• Leading tax audits and resolving tax-related issues with regulatory authorities.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in tax management, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
