TMF Specialist I

About the Trial Master File Specialist role within ICON: 

The TMF Specialist will complete activities related to document receipt and processing which may include but is not limited to: document receipt and review, scanning and indexing, quality control, copying, filing, forwarding or return to client/study teams and archiving.

As a member of the TMF Operations Team you will maintain study files as per study and/or client requirements, participate in client and/or ICON audits, and assist with special projects as requested.

To succeed you will need:

A Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent preferred along with competent computer skills, good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.   Preferred TMF (Trial Master File) experience and strong knowledge of Clinical Studies documents along with the ability to successfully liaise with study project teams, staff, clients and management, as necessary.
