Account Management
About the Account Management Translation Coordinator role at ICON Language Services:
The Translation Coordinator will be responsible for working proactively as a member of the Account Management team within ICON Language Services, a functional area of the ICO division.
ICON Language Services is a full-service translation services provider capable of clinical document translation/back translation, audio transcription, voice-recording, multi-lingual desktop publishing, linguistic validation of patient-reported outcome (PRO) questionnaires, etc. The Account Management team supports ongoing management of existing client accounts (internal and external) and new business development efforts for ICON Language Services.
The Translation Coordinator on the Account Management team will be responsible for working directly with clients on translation project and program scoping, including budget and timeline development and making recommendations around methodology. The Translation Coordinator will participate in business development activities including but not limited to identifying and seeking new client contacts, presenting the service offering and identifying areas where ICON Language Services can offer solutions for our clients. The Translation Coordinator is expected to undertake project work to a high standard and in a timely manner and to liaise with clients in a professional manner. Some travel may be required up to 5% nationally or internationally.

· Ability to develop and clearly communicate instructions, negotiate project scope and address issues with suppliers and clients.
· Ability to accurately organize and understand complex project details and to develop and make recommendations
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
· Fluency in English both orally and in writing
· Creative, independent self-starter
· Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in English, modern languages, linguistics, communication, business or relevant discipline. Preferred college graduates in USA.
