I have worked as a recruitment professional for over 12 years, including 4 years as a headhunter, 4 years as a RPO recruiter, and, most recently, 4 years as manager leading a team. I have been employed by a leading global nutrition and health company DSM, a top RPO company (Korn Ferry), and a top agency Talent 2 (merged by Allegis). I joined ICON as Recruitment Manager in 2021, to lead FSP recruitment team, a newly set up sourcing team to support ISS hiring business. I hold a Bachelors degree from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, and I am studying Fudan MBA, targeting graduation in 2023. My areas of strength are: recruitment professionalism, project management, resource allocation, result delivery for hiring needs, and team management.
