ICON Plc has a superb opportunity for a HR professional to join its HR Shared Services where you will have the opportunity to join an expert team who provide guidance to ICON’s community on a variety of HR queries across multiple regions.

Daily Responsibilities will include:

• You will be responsible for delivering services (both transactional and support) to internal customers (managers and employees) within agreed time lines.
• Responding to requests received from all Employees and Managers through email and by phone within.
• Providing guidance on all HR processes and policies, from new starter, right through the employee life cycle to leaver process.
• Advising employees and managers on all HR issues and partnering with HR managers on more complex issues.
• Educate customers to ensure that where possible services are provided through a-channels and the HR portal.
• As a member of the HR Service Centre provide outstanding customer service to all internal (and external) customers including any 3rd parties.
• Contribute to the creation of solutions to improve and standardize the service by identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.
• Ad-hoc projects as required.

To be successful in the role you will need:

• Degree in HR.
• 1-3 years’ experience within a similar position.
• Fluent in the Spanish language.
• Great teammate with the ability to develop great relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills with fantastic attention to detail.
