Account Lead - Market Access & Reimbursement

We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As the Account Lead, you will have day-to-day primary contact with clients and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities as well as managing current sold business.
The role
- Own the logistics and administration of project delivery
- Autonomously manage project financials and scopes to meet business and client standards
- Provide visibility for client facing staff and day-to-day project management team on delivery execution
- Develop client relationships
- Support Account Supervisor
- Writing proposals and SOWs
- Execute brand plans and associated tactical solutions
- Financial oversight - pricing tactics/handling invoicing
What you need
- Agency experience
- A strong background in the managed markets, preferred
- An in-depth understanding of marketing in the bio-pharmaceutical industry and experience working with brand-team clients preferred
- Ownership of client relationships and tactical execution
- A performance-driven, focused leadership attitude
- A history of successful account development, and an ability to manage and maintain multiple accounts
- An entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for excellence
- Excellent oral and written communication skills & strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to motivate and manage others
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
