Account Lead - Market Access & Reimbursement

We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As the Account Lead, you will have day-to-day primary contact with clients and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities as well as managing current sold business.

The role

• Own the logistics and administration of project delivery
• Autonomously manage project financials and scopes to meet business and client standards
• Provide visibility for client facing staff and day-to-day project management team on delivery execution
• Develop client relationships
• Support Account Supervisor
• Writing proposals and SOWs
• Execute brand plans and associated tactical solutions
• Financial oversight - pricing tactics/handling invoicing

What you need

• Agency experience
• A strong background in the managed markets, preferred
• An in-depth understanding of marketing in the bio-pharmaceutical industry and experience working with brand-team clients preferred
• Ownership of client relationships and tactical execution
• A performance-driven, focused leadership attitude
• A history of successful account development, and an ability to manage and maintain multiple accounts
• An entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for excellence
• Excellent oral and written communication skills & strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to motivate and manage others
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
