About the Accounts Payable Admin I Temp role within ICON: 
ICON Clinical Research has a strong reputation in our approaches to clinical development.   We apply scientific and operational excellence across all phases of clinical trial outsourcing services for our clients.   We work with top pharmaceutical organizations on emerging therapeutic areas which include but are not limited to Oncology, Vaccines, CNS, Cardiovascular and Pain. 
 
In this role you will have the opportunity to process all payment requests including Invoices, check/charge requests and employee expense reports. Working closely with our AP Supervisor you will ensure compliant and timely month end/year end closings. You will ensure purchase order procedures are adhered to and receipt of merchandise/packing slip or service match invoice and attach all corresponding documentation to all invoices. (3 way match).

To succeed you will need:
Successful candidates will have a high school degree and some accounting courses preferably with 2 years or more in another Accounts Payable environment. ICON uses an Oracle system so prior experience is preferred or an ability to learn quickly. Experience with T&E Reports, service invoices and PO related invoices.
