As a Contract Specialist based in the Netherlands you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
On this Contract associate role you will be working closely with clinical teams as responsible of the Coordination, preparation and execution of Clinical Study Contracts ( PI, Site, Institution, MSA, Local Vendors)
You will be partnering with one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a science-based company with one of the most exciting product pipelines in the industry. This global pharmaceutical client develops breakthrough innovative medicines to improve and extend the opportunity to build your career in a rewarding customer-focused environment that supports creativity, collaboration and performance.
What you will be doing:
Support Country Study strategy in close collaboration with Study start Up team.
Accountable of coordination, preparation and execution of clinical study contracts and amendments.
Tracks and oversees contract status at the local level
Negotiate financial and legal conditions, escalates issues as applicable.
Single point of contact for Local Legal and ERC
Develop and standardizes local contract templates and MSAs
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical study contracts at pharma or CRO environment.
- Bachelor degree or graduation on law, finance, business administration, health science or related field.
- Excellent communication skills both Dutch and English
- preferred soft skills: Negotiation capacity, proactivity, effective priorization & organization and problem solving mindset.
