The Role:
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), Installation Qualifications (IQs), training materials, and documentation adhering to industry best practices.
Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels; provide performance statistics and reports.
Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
At least 7 years + experience as DBA III - Database administrator
English advanced
MS - Microsoft Sql server and Mysql Databases
Experience working with Cloud technologies Azure, Aws.
Good to have but not mandatory - Willing to expand technical skills beyond the databases already listed such as Oracle, Elastic Search, Neo4j,Snowflake.
