Clinical Supplies Specialist

As a Digital Support Specialist in Clinical Supplies you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Acts as a primary user and technical support for Global Clinical Supply Chain SmartSupplies application suite. Assist with analyzing support activity over time, and with support process improvement.
• Supports GCSC SmartSupplies activities including configuration updates, user training, and ensuring SmartSupplies compliance within Global Clinical Supply Chain and supporting SmartSupplies system integration with key GCSC external vendors and internal systems.
• Ensures errors related to SmartSupplies integrations between systems get resolved.
• Assist in ensuring constant SmartSupplies compliance in terms of GCSC processes, systems and documentation oversight. Some responsibility for owning SmartSupplies change control activity in ServiceNow.
• Support the user community through creation and maintenance of SmartSupplies reference and training material as well as documentation of SmartSupplies support methodologies. Assist with and provide training to users as necessary.

You are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant Pharmaceutical/CRO Industry related work experience.
• Direct knowledge of SmartSupplies/SmartSignals Supplies PMD supporting clinical supply chain - Required
• Job related experience dealing with Supply Chain operations
• Demonstrated competency in support operations, GxP compliance, and change control
• MS Power Platform, ServiceNow and/or HP ALM experience a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
