Job Roles and Responsibilities

Impact:
•Ensures staff align to operational and strategic expectation.
• Fous on short term goals

Customer Relationship:
•Supports manager as required in building and maintaining customer relationships
• May provide input on client facing material

Resource Management:
•Focused on staff utilization and their allocated tasks and deliverables.

Financial Management:
•Coach and mentor staff.

People Leadership:
• Expect 8+ years of experience in MedDRA & WHO Drug coding experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered in place of education and experience requirements.
•Good people management skills including coaching, interviewing and providing feedback and recognition.
• Travel (approximately 10 %) domestic and/or international, when or if required.
• Typically leads single function of entry level professional employees
