Who are you?
You are someone with a deep burning desire to succeed despite obstacles that may present themselves. What will you be doing?
As one of a growing team of Sales Analysts, you will be assigned to support a sales territory and the Account Development Manager's and Directors that sell our services in those territories. You will work together to create a plan to enhance new account penetration, face-to-face meetings and RFP (Requests for Proposals). You will be actively sourcing new accounts and identifying industry trends, contributing to the growth of the territory and health of the sales pipeline. You will build meaningful relationships with the internal team. Your perseverance and flexibility will be critical to achieving the team's goals.
The Role:
- Maintain and manage Sales Force database (SF.com) with all engagement activity
- Create target lists of prospective customers for ICON
- Proactively Create reports to prospect customers using different business criteria
- Generate reports to highlight increases in RFPs, face-to-face meetings and new account penetration
- Research accounts and identify new opportunities
- Provide frequent updates to the business development team regarding target account lists
- Participate in the ongoing review of business development procedures to ensure consistency on an international basis
- Review of metrics on a weekly or monthly basis to assess productivity
- Attend internal business development calls and meetings to discuss new opportunities and the overall sales pipeline
- Work with the business development team to prepare for client meetings.
- Support in the search for decision-makers
- Engage in Business Intelligence to gain relevant insights from start-ups
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution required or equivalent experience
- A thirst and talent for analysing multiple data sets, able to efficiently integrate them to identify trends
- Preferable Inside sales experience or related experience that requires sales strategies or experience with handling complex customers (business sensitivity)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be familiar with maintaining and managing a customer relationship database
- Good time management skills
- 1-2 years of CRO experience
- Flexible schedule to be able to connect with our teams in other countries
