Laboratory Project Coordinator

The Role:

As Laboratory Project Coordinator you will assist Project Managers and Project Coordinator in the day to day monitoring of trials.

* Responsible for assisting Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs with the day-to-day monitoring of trials.
* Responsible for the generation of internal management reports and provision of these to the Project Coordinator II or the Project Manager, e.g. open status reports, commented results reports.
* Responsible for the generation of external management reports and provision of these to the Project Manager.
* Responsible for creating study documents from templates in the set-up phase of a study e.g. communication / escalation plan, ICOLABS forms

* As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
* Performs any other task related to project management that may be required.

You will ideally have:

You will ideally have a science background or science qualification with at least one year experience in Science or Administration. You will have strong organisational, coordination and administration skills.
