Basic Requirement:

• You should have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any stream

• Freshers can also apply

• Should be good in database management

• Provide program support as assigned

• Provide Audit support

• Maintain departmental files, as necessary

• Mentor and coach other Learning and development coordinators as required.

• Provide timely and professional customer service via ICON’s help desk application.

• Maintains tracking tools(Project Management) and metrics for the department
