Mapi Research Trust (MRT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving patients' quality of life by facilitating access to Patient-Centered Outcome (PCO) information. We promote scientific approaches in the PCO field and encourages exchanges between academics, pharmaceutical companies, and international organizations around the world in the service of incorporating the patient's voice into every step of the development process of new treatments.

The marketing associate will provide support and administrative assistance to the marketing manager in the following tasks:
- Update and development of marketing content for various channels (with support from SMEs when applicable): presentations, social media posts, blog posts, white papers, factsheets, brochures, etc.
- Oversee production of communication assets with service provider
- Coordination and administration of internal and client events (webinars, conferences): logistics with service providers and conference organizers, as well as coordination with other parties involved (colleagues, clients, partners)
- Responsibility for managing documentation and administration of marketing presence on the intranet and website
- Create and maintain a variety of reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ordering of relevant collateral and management of stock levels as directed
- Distribution of relevant collateral to key specified audience in Mapi Research Trust
Qualifications:
- Master’ degree in communication/marketing with scientific expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive projects and motivate team members
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or of the health care field
- Native English speaker, knowledge of French is a bonus
