We are currently seeking an Investigator Payments Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team within the Finance division. As an Investigator Payments Coordinator at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing payments to investigators involved in clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Coordinating and processing payments to investigators according to study protocols and contractual agreements.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries and issues.
• Monitoring payment milestones and reconciling financial records.
• Generating reports and providing insights to aid in financial decision-making.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or clinical research is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
