We are currently seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Principal Statistical Programmer at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Leading the development and implementation of statistical programming strategies for clinical trial data analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and validate statistical programs and analysis plans.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance in the interpretation of statistical results and data visualization.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in statistical programming activities.
• Mentoring junior programmers and contributing to their professional development.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Extensive experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial data structures and statistical methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
