Project Coordinator - Mexico - Homebased (Only in Mexico)

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator at ICON Plc to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Project Management Department and assisting Project Managers to achieve departmental and project goals.
What you will be doing:
Document Management: Set up, organize, and meticulously maintain both hardcopy and electronic clinical study and project documentation, including Main Study Files, CRFs, etc. You will handle document receipt, review, scanning, indexing, quality control, copying, filing, preparation for audits, and final reconciliation and archival.
Quality Control: Assist in quality control audits of clinical study and project documentation, ensuring compliance with our high standards, ICH GCP guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Ethics Committee Submissions: Provide support for submissions to Independent Ethics Committees and Hospital Ethics Committees, where necessary.
Project Coordination: Coordinate the day-to-day operational aspects of limited service, stand-alone projects, adhering to ICON SOPs, ICH GCP, and relevant regulations. Create, execute, and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring they align with approved scopes of work and adjusting as needed.
Financial Management: Manage project budgets, monitor direct/indirect costs and project resources, ensure accurate revenue recognition, timely invoicing, and monitor receivables for assigned projects. Collaborate with Finance and Project Analysis to achieve financial targets.
Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among all project-related stakeholders, internally and externally. Conduct regular status meetings with the project team, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Prior experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and electronic document management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced English is a MUST.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
