To expand our business in the CHINA DOCS are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant. DOCS is a functional service provided that provides talent to our pharmaceutical clients. In this role you will be responsible to build up our DOCS activities.
Position Summary
Realize the successful fulfillment of the staffing needs for some of our global key accounts based in the CHINA. Build up strong relationships with both clients and candidates to realize growth in our exciting contracting headcount.
The responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant includes, but are not limited to:
Be the DOCS team player in the CHINA and create awareness of the DOCS brand in the CHINA market
Build up our Recruitment business in CHINA independently but with support of our Recruitment Manager
Develop and maintain a candidate network and create long term relationships with our key accounts
Identify, search and select candidates to make the best match with the job and the client organization
Coordinate the whole recruitment process from candidate introduction until placement
To be Successful in this role you will need;
Proven track record in Recruitment, no matter with the industry, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry
Team player
This is a unique opportunity a 360 recruiter who are interested to build up our business by building on current relationships. Within an experienced and supportive team of 3.
Prefer to be with 1 year at least in executive searching company or hunting firm.
