The Role:

  • Plans and schedules bioanalytical study activities using resource management tools and systems ensuring qualified staff is scheduled for task execution.

  • Performs detailed, short/medium-term planning and allocation activities for staff, machines, equipment, etc. to achieve most efficient outcome possible.

  • Maintains database of staff availability, resolving and/or raising awareness of capacity conflicts.

  • Tracks project status versus contract, raising awareness of necessary scope updates.

  • Assists with the preparation of forecasts and lead times.

  • Coordinates with financial team for revenue recognition.

      

To be successful in the role, you will have: 

  • Associate degree or equivalent

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office/SharePoint

  • Extra consideration will be give to those with planning/scheduling background.
