The Role:
Plans and schedules bioanalytical study activities using resource management tools and systems ensuring qualified staff is scheduled for task execution.
Performs detailed, short/medium-term planning and allocation activities for staff, machines, equipment, etc. to achieve most efficient outcome possible.
Maintains database of staff availability, resolving and/or raising awareness of capacity conflicts.
Tracks project status versus contract, raising awareness of necessary scope updates.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Associate degree or equivalent
Strong communication and organization skills
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office/SharePoint
Extra consideration will be give to those with planning/scheduling background.
