We are currently seeking a Scientific Director, PK to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Scientific Director, PK at ICON, you will play a key role in leading pharmacokinetic (PK) strategies and scientific oversight for our clinical research programs. You will drive the advancement of drug development by providing expert guidance on PK methodologies, ensuring rigorous scientific standards, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing:- Leading the development and execution of pharmacokinetic strategies for clinical trials and research projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate PK data and insights into study designs and decision-making processes.
- Overseeing the analysis and interpretation of PK data to inform drug development and regulatory submissions.
- Providing strategic direction on PK methodologies, modeling, and simulation to enhance study outcomes and regulatory compliance.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and research partners, to advance PK science and innovation.
Your Profile:- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in pharmacokinetics within clinical research, with a strong focus on study design, data analysis, and regulatory interactions.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams to achieve scientific and strategic objectives.
- Expertise in PK modeling and simulation, with proficiency in relevant software and analytical techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive scientific excellence across the organization.
