The Role:
Senior Analyst Engineer is involved in code review, process improvement, team or project leadership, mentoring of other team members and works under minimal supervision and as an independent player as part of a Development Team, and influences the technical direction of a products or family of products.
Using excellent knowledge of development processes and procedures, a Senior Analyst Engineer is involved in the timely execution and delivery of tasks in the areas of product design, product development, component testing, quality assurance, and product maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop and maintain software solutions with minimal supervision and direction.
Acts as Business Analyst on selected projects, defining requirements and other technical specifications, in addition to writing and unit testing code
Delivers to a high quality standard within agreed time scales.
Plans and takes ownership of own work and any issues relating to same.
Solves problems that arise in own area of responsibility.
Develops technical competence on technologies relating to assignments and other technologies as directed
Provides regular feedback to manager and/or designee on work status and problem areas.
Provides input to team project schedule.
Actively supports teamwork both within own group and across Development, by offering assistance to other team members in an effort to achieve team goals.
Participates in code and design reviews
Constantly proposes improvements to systems
Proactively promotes optimal solutions and resolves issues across multiple systems and processes.
What you need
A degree/ master’s degree in Information Technology.
8+ years’ experience in technologies including UiPath, SQL and proficiency in either Python, C# or Java.
Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
Deploy BOT's and support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Managers, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver projects.
Energetic individual, eager to manage multiple activities and priorities. Dedication to quality in all work tasks and deliverables.
Excellent understanding of the software business and its practices.
Active involvement in the use of online communities and an understanding of the use of current online and digital technologies.
Work directly with stakeholders and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
