Senior Manager Outsourcing & Contracting

What you will be doing:

• Contracts & Budgets negotiation with external vendors for clinical studies (To review budget with team , f.ex. procurement)
• Attend study team meeting
• Collect information from study team and support study team (including trainings)
• To work for meeting timelines and quality (Final contracts on time)
• To manage Legal doc system
• Support all studies (TA and Phases)
• Vendor selection (document preparation)
• Global: EMEA countries mainly but can be in other regions as USA.

You are:

• Senior level. At least 5-7 years of experience in legal/ pharmaceutical industry/clinical research.
• Prioritization skills
• Communication skills
• Organization skills, documentation management, SharePoint management,
• Focus to detail
• Analytical, able to analyze details and be able to present them so that they can make a decision together with the team
• Very good command of excel and computer tools, pricing tool (to guide the team in the tool)
• Experience with contract Data Base
• Having worked in CRO is a plus, but not necessary
• Only English is mandatory, but other languages are more than welcome, especially German
