Job Description Summary:
Symphony Health is a leading provider of integrated data-driven solutions and services for the healthcare industry. Our innovative technology and expert analysis enable our clients to make better decisions and drive improved outcomes for patients. The Senior Solutions Architect at Symphony Health will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end solutions that cover data, analytics, patient cohorts, and software products for our clients and internal customers. The role will require the successful candidate to have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its technology landscape, as well as a strong understanding of the various data and analytics products that Symphony Health offers.
Job Description:
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions that address client needs and align with Symphony Health's strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing technical guidance on how to best leverage Symphony Health's suite of products and services.
Conduct assessments of client systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing comprehensive solution proposals that address those areas.
Develop solution architectures that integrate data from multiple sources, including internal and external systems, and apply analytics to derive insights that drive business outcomes.
Work with product management teams to identify gaps in current product offerings and opportunities for new product development.
Ensure that solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Define and document technical specifications and requirements for solutions, ensuring that they are scalable and maintainable.
Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring that solutions are built to meet technical and functional requirements.
Continuously assess emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for Symphony Health to innovate and improve its solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in software development or solution architecture, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Experience designing and implementing complex, data-driven solutions.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and analytics technologies.
Experience with ETL tools and processes, such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage.
Knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
