Sr Digital Marketing Associate - Patient Recruitment

US: Remote
Role Profile:
- Strong understanding of impactful website layout and creative design to enhance audience targeting
- Liaising with marketing team on current and upcoming studies, contributing to the formulation of digital outreach strategies
- Assisting in creating patient recruitment advertising materials as well as supporting the Ethics Committee submission for advertising materials
- Launching optimized adverts through online channels to drive patient recruitment for current studies as well as increase company and brand awareness
- Running global digital campaigns for different audiences
- Responsible for producing reports and recommendations concerning current and future marketing and recruitment strategies
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Liaising with study leads on study start-up requirements and during the study enrolment in order to deliver against randomization target
- Assisting in planning, implementing, and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media platforms
- Assisting in creating high quality marketing materials including but not limited to posters, leaflets, brochures and booklets
- Liaising with media agencies and external vendors to support patient recruitment initiatives
- Potential overflow work related to graphic design & advert development
Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preference in Marketing and/or Communications
- 3-5+ years digital campaign set up & management experience
- Experience in clinical trials and drug development space preferred
