役割：

現在、当社の多様でダイナミックなチームに加わっていただける上級治験スタートアップアソシエイトを募集しています。ICONの上級治験スタートアップアソシエイトとして、大規模でペースの速い環境で働き、治験立ち上げチームのリーダーをサポートして、国と施設の振り分け計画を策定・実行していただきます。あなたの専門知識と熱意は、割り当てられた国でSSU（治験の立ち上げ）活動を効率的に実施し、治験を円滑に開始・進行させるために不可欠なものです。

職務内容：

• 治験のイニシエーションの効率的な推進： 実施可能性の評価、治験実施施設の特定、治験実施施設との契約交渉、その他の重要なSSU活動を実施します。

• 専門的なSSUの専門知識を通じた成功の後押し： 治験立ち上げチームのリーダーとプロジェクトチームに専門知識を提供し、成功を推進するための貴重な知見を提供します。

• 規制遵守の確保： 規制、倫理、その他の関連機関への提出物を準備・調整し、すべての必要な規制とガイドラインの遵守に目を配ります。

• 患者の福祉の保護： 被験者情報シート/インフォームドコンセントフォームのマスター版および国別版の開発、完成版作成、校閲に貢献し、患者の安全とインフォームドコンセントにおける最高水準を保証します。

求められるプロフィール：

• 医学的/科学的専攻・学科から得られた学士号または現地での同等または適切な経験。

• その分野での専門知識を示す、臨床試験立ち上げの要件および業務に関する3年以上の経験または理解。

• 現地の言語と英語を、国際的なチームと効果的にコミュニケーションを取り、協働するのに十分な流暢さで使えることが不可欠です。
