Sr. Clinical Systems Lead

We are currently seeking a Lead Clinical Systems Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Lead Clinical Systems Specialist at ICON, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing clinical systems that support clinical trials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient deployment, configuration, and maintenance of clinical systems, contributing to the success of global clinical research efforts.

• Leading the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and other clinical platforms.
• Collaborating with clinical and IT teams to ensure system functionality aligns with study protocols and operational requirements.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for clinical systems to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Ensuring system compliance with regulatory guidelines, including data security and privacy standards.
• Training and mentoring users on clinical systems and best practices for data management and system utilization.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, life sciences, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in managing clinical trial systems (e.g., CTMS, EDC, IWRS) and understanding of clinical operations workflows.
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in system configuration, data integration, and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to clinical data and system compliance (e.g., GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
