We are currently seeking a Team Leader, IT Operations to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Team Leader, IT Operations at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing IT operations to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our technology infrastructure. You will contribute to the advancement of our organizational goals by leading a skilled team in delivering exceptional IT services and support.
What You Will Be Doing:- Leading the IT operations team to ensure seamless delivery of technology services and support across the organization.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in IT processes and systems.
- Overseeing incident management, problem resolution, and service requests to maintain high levels of service availability.
- Providing mentorship and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to align IT operations with business needs.
Your Profile:- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as information technology, computer science, or engineering.
- Proven experience in IT operations management, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various functions and influence stakeholders.
