Technical Project Manager- Digital Health Platform

Technical Project Manager

Location: Home-based

What you do?

• Single point of contact for all customer meetings and communications related to digital health platform.

• Schedules and leads regular digital health platform team meeting.

• Project management support to complete action items, solution challenges, etc.

• Lead reviews to finalize the configuration specification and data transfer agreement if applicable.

• Creates and oversees digital health platform set-up timeline.

• Ongoing risk assessment related to digital health platform and mitigation planning, for the lifetime of the project.

• Co-ordinates system UAT and ensures all items are actioned appropriately.

• Provides to the relevant submission personnel, any document(s) for participant-facing materials in support initial, annual update and close-out IRB/EC submission(s) and applicable Regulatory Authority submissions.

• Co-ordinates set-up of platform accounts and access for all users (study team, sites, etc.).

• Co-ordinates timely resolution of any system bugs and communicates resolution plan to the client.

What you need?

• Advanced degree in science or business with equivalent experience.

• 5+ years working experience and excellent knowledge of the clinical operation processes and vendor management.

• Excellent knowledge of GXP and ICH regulations.

• Expert knowledge of clinical trial design and mapping to supplier requirements.

• Demonstrated leadership with supplier relationship management and/or expert knowledge of specific service areas.

• Experience in User Acceptance testing.

• Knowledge of key deliverables that impact green light milestones and vendor readiness.

• Experience in outsourcing, contracting, sourcing of clinical services with Vendor/CROs (RFP, RFQ, contracting).
