I manage our North America Talent Acquisition team dedicated to supporting our Large Pharma business in identifying and attracting top talent in the Clinical Research Associate and Clinical Management space. My talent acquisition journey began in the staffing industry back in 2012 where I was the Account Specialist supporting mid-size to large clients in the Information Technology field. From there, I moved into Sales and Recruitment and specialized in staffing for Accounting & Finance firms. Upon transitioning over to the corporate side, I have supported and managed Talent Acquisition functions within healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, and the life sciences industries. I joined ICON in January of 2022.
