Hello, I’m Natasha Martin, and I work within the HR function at ICON; supporting the growth of our Biotech Solutions Division. I am a Functional Manager and my main role is to lead a team of Recruiters and work directly with our stakeholders across Full Service for delivery of resources.
I also oversee the development of recruitment-based social media campaigns in EMEA.
ICON Biotech Solutions division is one of the largest, dedicated and most mature business units for Biotech & Small, Mid-Size Pharma in the CRO industry and I am extremely passionate about the work our team does. If you’d like to find out more please get in touch.
