Commissions Analyst (6-month FTC)

DEPARTMENT:             Business Partner Function – DOCS

REPORTS TO:              VP Finance  

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Administer DOCS commission plans. Streamline processes and procedures in calculation and

payment of commissions 

JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administration of commission plans
• Develop robust Global processes and procedures 
• Interaction with Recruitment and Business Development on execution of plan 
• Liaise with Senior Management on operation of plan and recommend enhancements
• Reporting of key metrics and trend information
• Administrative duties
• Ad hoc duties as required 

Candidate

• 3^rd level degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• First rate analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Experience working to tight deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills are required
