Account Services Manager

Office or home based role

• Acting as the main operational Point of Contact for a portfolio of clients,

• Establishing standalone or full services (PCS) proposals & contracts for the assigned portfolio of clients,

• Overseeing successfully the project lifecycle (from proposal/award to delivery),

• Managing risk (positive and negative) and contingencies proactively, 

• Ensuring all services are managed and delivered in a professional manner in order to reinforce client satisfaction

• Coordinating the different service lines internally according to project scope & requirements,

• Applying & following ICON’s SOPs and procedures, ensuring the good conduct of projects,

• Organizing & leading regular operational meetings with key clients (as required, governance meetings, project related meetings, etc) 

• Contributing to process improvements and lessons learned sessions based on clients’ feedback

• Supporting with the training of team members where required
