Accounts Receivable Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. As a Accounts Receivable Administrator you are responsible for compliance with contracts regarding invoicing and rechargeable costs and Joint responsible for all aspects of the accounts receivable ledger for designated accounts.

JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issuing invoices for Clinical Research, and Biometrics departments
• Intercompany account reconciliation's and invoicing
• Monitoring progression of contracts with respect to invoicing milestones and rechargeable costs
• Liaison with Project Managers and other Finance Offices on rechargeable costs
• Handling and resolving of Queries on rechargeable costs
• Setting up and maintenance of contract files
• Keep the EMA to informed of any administration/financial issues within the department, which require attention.
• Involvement in implementation of new automated Billing system

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Appropriate academic qualifications and/or relevant experience.
• Computer experience/keyboard skills

• Good oral and written communication skills.
