We currently have an opportunity for an Associate Project Manager who will be part of a team coordinating translation projects.

Associate Project Manager

Are you interested in clinical translations or languages and do you have experience or interest in coordinating translation projects?

Our Language Services team is part of our Commercialization and Outcomes group. It is a global team providing translation of clinical trial related materials for both internal and external clients.

The translation group consists of multiple teams with varied responsibilities, managing projects and liaising with our clients and vendors.

The role:

• Contributing to the success of ongoing translation projects

• Developing successful working relationships within the project management team

• Responsible for project scheduling and implementation, liaising and contracting with vendors, and ensuring quality of deliverables

• Responsible for completing projects within specified budget and timeline parameters

• Collaborate with Client Services team to ensure client requirements are properly met and any clarifications or feedback are fully processed and resolved.

• Track progress of projects and deliverables using appropriate CAT and TMS tools

What you will need:

• A background/qualification in languages, linguistics, or translation project management is preferred.

• Applicants must be able to demonstrate drive, passion and a strong sense of teamwork, along with great attention to detail.

• Successful candidates will also possess great communication skills and be comfortable managing a variety of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word
