Associate Software Engineer (Oracle Apps Techno-Functional)

Role Summary:

An Associate Software Engineer works under close supervision as part of a Development Team. At this level a developer has a working knowledge of development processes and procedures, and is involved in the timely execution and delivery of pre-defined tasks of basic to moderate scope in the areas of product design, product development , component testing, quality assurance and product maintenance.

What you do?

• An Associate Developer works under close supervision as part of a Development Team.

• At this level a developer has a working knowledge of development processes and procedures, and is involved in the timely execution and delivery of pre-defined tasks of basic to moderate scope in the areas of product design, product development , component testing, quality assurance and product maintenance

• Develop and promote SOX control policies across all ES systems and business processes.

• Work to ensure all ES applications, interfaces and business processes are aligned in best practice for SOX controls.

What you need?

• 5+ years’ experience with Oracle Financials / Apps.

• Ideally Degree Qualified with Business or IT Background.

• Accounting Qualification beneficial but not mandatory.

• Exp in PLSQL/ SQL, Java or Python and change management.

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS concepts, systems, software solutions and business modules with a focus on Oracle Project Accounting.

• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact positively with upper management as well as communicating problems to appropriate teams within our organization.

• Strong problem solving and business process design skills with the ability to configure Oracle modules and specify extensions.
