What will you do?

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and prioritize user requirements.  Work with internal and external clients to articulate and act on business needs
• Work with agile software development teams to deliver new features and enhancements
• Demonstrate software changes to stakeholders, solicit their feedback, and work with the development team to make improvements
• Participate in software validation by authoring user acceptance test cases and facilitating test events
• Translate client business questions into proposed analysis plans and use cases, seeking input from colleagues when appropriate, and confirming client buy-in before proceeding.
• Coordinate analysis with Third Parties as needed
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on data validations
• Provide recommendations based on analyzed data to solve a variety of business problems and enable business strategy.
• Understanding and interpreting the clinical trial protocols
• Contributing towards continual improvement of clinical data maintenance through collaboration with data scientists and data management teams.

What do you have?

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• preferred 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience with reporting applications, such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Average understanding of query languages
• Accustomed to being held accountable for user satisfaction
• Team-player with a team-first attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Strong relationship building; enjoys collaborating with others
• Ability to lead small group projects
• Research and learn how the products/services fit into customer processes cross functionally and contribute to business performance.
• Ability to be a self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Agile software development experience
• Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment such as the Pharma, Biotech, healthcare or CRO industries
• Ability to use query languages, such as SQL/PLSQL
• Understanding of how to use project management software tools (Lucid Charts, Wrike, Jira)
