The Role:
As Business Operations Support Specialist you will:
Become a subject matter expert on IBT business operations in order to maintain existing reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly) and create new.
Examine existing reports to understand current operational performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement
Understand operational data structures and create SQL queries to retrieve data
Tracks, analyzes and reports on metrics used to determine operational performance, staffing needs, productivity, or other measures deemed valuable to an organization.
Develops, modifies, and distributes standard and ad hoc reports/dashboards to better understand the overall business and/or unit.
Receives, evaluates and responds to data-related inquiries by applying knowledge of data and business operations and obtaining information from various sources.
Analyzes information to identify trends, patterns, gaps and insights.
Collaborate with business partners to develop analytic solutions that enable data-driven strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain guidance documentation, training materials, release details on IBT Enterprise dashboards and reports.
Work with leadership to track KPIs, create reports, and develop dashboards related to large corporate initiatives
To be successful in this role you will have::
Extensive computer software skills with programs such as Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and strong mathematical skills
Accurate and attention to detail
A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change (excellent problem solver)
Creative and critical thinker
SharePoint and SQL experience is a plus
