This is an exciting opportunity to join our Language services team working as a Client Services Associate within in the Clinical Research Industry.  With your background in Marketing, Communications or Business Studies, this is a great opportunity to build your experience in a client facing role within a leading Clinical Research organization.

Your great communication, organization and critical thinking skills will all be really beneficial along with strong relationship building skills. This role requires great multi-tasking and time management, whilst maintaining a strong customer focus at all times.

Our Language Services team is part of our Commercialization and Outcomes group who are based at our offices in Durham. The team provides the coordination of Linguistic Validation and translation of Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs) for both internal and external clients. Our Translations team is office based and work as a team with varied responsibilities, managing projects and liaising with our clients.

The Client Services Associate II  will be the customer’s point of contact throughout the lifetime of a project.  Responsibilities include budgeting, client-expectation management, and timeline planning aspects of translation projects. 

To succeed you will need:

·         Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

·         Strong sense of customer service

·         Previous experience in the translation industry- not mandatory

·         Fluency in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication skills

·         Process-driven and strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills

·         Strong team player

·         Ability to manage multiple, varied projects simultaneously and independently

·         Experience with managing work plans, project budgets, invoicing is preferred. 

·         MS Office Suite
