Location: US Office based in Raleigh or Durham.

We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As a Client Services Associate I, you will be responsible for supporting efforts to maintain and expand upon client relationships through costing and proposal development, single service project planning and support, and client communication management.

The role

• Support clinical research projects in the areas of scale management, translations, printing and distribution, and technology implementation

• Interface regularly with customers, receive and routing requests

• Coordinate with internal teams to produce content for client proposals

• Prepare costs for proposals using costing tools

• Coordinate project tasks with internal scale management and translation teams

• Manage project tasks such as file management, meeting minutes, document review, and client follow up.

• Support technology lead with user acceptance testing tasks

To succeed you will need:

• Exceptional customer service
• Fluency in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with superior organizational skills
• Strong teammate
• Experience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently
• MS Office Suite
• Previous experience in the translation industry- not mandatory.
