As a Clinical Project Associate II performing ASM (associate study management) duties, you will be joining the world’s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:
- Support the global clinical trial management teams with the execution of clinical trials
- Participate in study planning and set-up activities
- Coordinate study-level Investigational Product arrangements, accountability and reconciliation
- Process work requests to study management associate team
- Support on vendor activities
- Manage global versioning and distribution of informed consent forms (ICFs)
- Create and manage study specific tools such as recruitment and retention materials and study newsletters

What is required
- BS/BA/BSc in the sciences preferred or RN or above
- Ideally 3 years’ direct work experience gained within a biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO company
- Experience dealing with time demands, incomplete information and/or unexpected events; anticipating and resolving problems
- Experience interacting with external vendors (CROs, central labs, imaging vendors, etc.)
- Policy, process and procedural conformance
- Goodorganization, planning & communication skills
