Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist:

You will be based at our recently refurbished Phase I Clinical Research Unit, 1077 Budapest, Rottenbiller utca

What will you be doing?

• Assesses the feasibility of a study from a recruitment point of view during the proposal phase and communicates findings as appropriate.

• Conducts necessary screening, evaluates screening results and reviews relevant protocol requirements to ensure qualified volunteers are selected to participate in a specific study.

• Manages and develops the recruitment strategy for the successful completion of each project in collaboration with relevant marketing team members.

• Oversees the recruitment and screening outcome throughout the study, to make sure that full groups are dosed according to the timelines.

• Collaborates with the relevant stakeholders to ensure screening appointments and screening staff are in place to facilitate timely recruitment and screening of volunteers.

What do you need to have?

• An advanced degree or undergraduate degree (in health sciences from an accredited institution or international equivalent degree)

• Experience in clinical research or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job.

• Be ready to do marketing and sales job

• Read, write, and speak fluent English, fluency in Hungarian is a must
