We are currently seeking a Commercial Financial Analyst I to join our Early Stage Clinical team. As a Commercial Financial Analyst I at ICON, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. You will work at both partnership and transactional levels, to maximise operational performance.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and key insights, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and financial statement analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting of projects and initiatives.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of financial models and analytical tools to enhance financial forecasting and analysis capabilities.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Entry-level experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
