Content & Functional Reviewer
Location: Hybrid working (Limerick/Dublin, Ireland)

Summary
FIRECREST is part of the ICON plc Group and produces highly visual and engaging products for the Clinical Trial Industry. FIRECREST products help improve site performance by delivering innovative and effective training to sites while complying with industry standards. As an organisation responsible for the development of clinical training for medical staff, the Content and Functional Reviewer (CFR) role is critical to the delivery of accurate and high-quality training products to our clients.
The CFR will have responsibility for identifying, monitoring, and reporting quality issues on our products and process. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have a passion for quality, enjoy fast-paced environments and are solution orientated.
The CFR will have a high proficiency in English and strong attention to detail is essential to conduct editorial and functional reviews. The CFR will be competent to work on their own but also as a team member with other professionals. The CFR will be required to complete projects within specified timelines and report on product and process issues on an ongoing basis. In doing so, they will be focused on continuous improvement helping to identify innovative and effective approaches to product and process improvement within FIRECREST.
Responsibilities
- Editorial review and functional testing of FIRECREST training products
- Communicate review findings to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver FIRECREST products to deadlines and the demands of production schedule
- Actively deliver continuous improvement initiatives
- Undertake other duties in-line with your role and business requirements as required.
Candidate requirement
- Experience in editing content including UK and US spelling, grammar, format. Experience with medical and scientific content is an advantage.
- Functional testing of audio-visual content is also an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
