- Contract/Change Order Development
- Obtain authorized signatures for contractual documents in a timely matter.
- Scan, post, and notification of fully-executed contractual documents on a daily basis.
- Tracking and follow up of partially executed documents through to full execution.
- Create weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports along with special projects for Client Contract Services.
- Maintain Client Contract Services and Master Services Agreement database storage systems (eRooms).
- Assist in the development, improvement, and maintenance of departmental tracking tools and systems.
- Assist Contract Analysts and Associates in preparation of contracts and change orders, along with costing grids or project analysis as needed.
- Responsible for department’s administrative tasks as requested by Client Contract Services including cost effective stationary supplies management and archiving.
- streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
- To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision

- Demonstrate planning and co-ordination skills.

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organization skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package.

- Leadership - Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload

- High school diploma or local equivalent
